Senior Product Analyst

Time Zone: Pacific or Mountain Time, Canada -- remote work

Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide analyst services as an Aftia employee working closely with our partner Adobe. You will be familiar with Adobe technology, including Adobe Sign and Document Cloud. The person will help lead large and complex projects, and, be comfortable putting together & leading presentations. They will possess the skills to interact, collaborate, and impact various personalities and functions, including stakeholders at the VP and Director levels, internal customers, engineers, support, and product management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: comfortable leading meetings, creating relationships, writing newsletters, documenting use cases, assisting with user outreach
  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to effectively explain and demo technology to users
  • Ability to understand complex issues to loop in appropriate resources
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to build clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
  • Ability to work in a global environment and work remotely with distributed teams
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing across multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to summarize and communicate effectively at the executive level
  • Preferred experience using Acrobat and Acrobat Sign, familiar with APIs, AI tools, and Power Automate

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Management and Product Analysts to provide day-to-day tactical objectives
  • Provide insights and contribute to the team’s strategic direction.
  • Prepare Executive-ready presentations, newsletters, and communications
  • Lead key internal customer meetings, often with senior leaders in attendance
  • Help expand internal use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales and Engineering for new and existing features
  • Document use cases and share with Sales & stakeholders
  • Document and track customer feature requests & feedback and present or relay to internal teams in a professional manner
  • Help address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow, looping in supporting teams where needed
  • Act as an internal consultant/evangelist for Document Cloud & Adobe Sign
  • Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners
  • Assist with key stakeholder and internal customer meetings
  • Help track team projects and keep system up to date

Education

  • B.S. Degree or comparable, technical background

As a Technical Consultant specializing in Adobe Acrobat and Sign (Post-Sales) at Aftia Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our solutions for our valued customers. Your expertise in Adobe Acrobat and Sign, coupled with your experience in various technical domains, will be instrumental in providing post-sales technical support, training, and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and objectives, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Acrobat and Sign, providing comprehensive knowledge of their features and functionalities.
  • Support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms, Adobe Acrobat Sign (incl. API), Adobe Document Services, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Logic Apps, and integrations with compatible tools to grow the value provided by the client’s document-based solutions.
  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Adobe Acrobat and Sign solutions, ensuring they are configured to meet customer requirements.
  • Customization and Integration: Utilize your expertise to customize and integrate Adobe Acrobat and Sign seamlessly into customers' existing workflows and systems.
  • API Support: Provide technical support and expertise in API integration, enabling customers to leverage the full capabilities of our solutions.
  • Power Automate Flows: Leverage your experience with Power Automate Flows to create efficient and automated document workflows for customers.
  • Salesforce Integration: Work with Salesforce integration to ensure smooth data exchange and document management within the Salesforce platform.
  • Microsoft Integrations: Utilize your experience with Microsoft integrations to ensure compatibility and efficiency within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Docusign Migration: Leverage your experience in Docusign migration to assist customers in transitioning to Adobe Acrobat and Sign seamlessly.
  • Delivery of Adobe Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Adobe Acrobat and Sign to potential and existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience delivering Adobe Acrobat Sign training and answering product-related questions.
  • Hands-on product implementation experience, including customization and integration.
  • API support expertise for seamless third-party integrations.
  • Power Automate Flows experience for workflow automation.
  • Salesforce integration and Microsoft integration experience.
  • Docusign migration experience.
  • Familiarity with API, Photoshop and Photo Express is an asset.
  • A background in development would be an asset but is not required.
